A high pressure versatile coupling designed for the in-line jointing of both flexible rubber hose, rigid steel and thermoplastic pipes.

Essential Features
The essential features of the coupling are as follows ~
  • Twin pressure energised seals. Only one seal is required to provide the seal, including two provides extra security and allows the joint integrity to be quickly checked via the test port.
  • The inclusion of a pressure test port provides a quick test to be made to ensure joint integrity where long pipelines are being assembled and deployed.
  • Using a Buttress thread form allows quick assembly / disassembly whilst also providing excellent axial load bearing ability.
  • When assembled, the joint is free to swivel.

Working Pressure Rating ~ 150Bar, (2,250psi) and 350Bar, (5,000psi).
 
Material Specification ~ Carbon steel grades AISI 4130, ST52.0 or Stainless steel grade 316L.
 
Diameter Range ~ 2", 3", 4" and 6" nominal bore.
 
End Termination ~ Welding ‘V’ or ‘J’ prep.
